In case the total value of the order exceeds € 100, there is no possibility of sending cash on delivery.
There is a possibility to request a deposit in advance of the value of the order in case deemed necessary by the customer service department.

In case of non-receipt of a copy within 7 calendar days or non-receipt of a valid deposit of the entire amount, your order will be canceled free of charge and the contract of sale will be considered as never drawn up. A relevant cancellation message will be sent to you at the email address and / or mobile phone number you provided.
In case of cancellation or modification of your order until the shipment of the product (s) the interest-free refund procedure will be followed, after contacting you with one of the above mentioned ways of communication (article 3 c above) in order to give us the bank account number to which you wish to make the deposit.
