Payment methods 

In order to provide you with the best and most complete service, our company has a choice of payment method for the products you are interested in buying, which, as analyzed and then, is related, among other things, to the processing time of your order request and / or time of sending the product to you.

 

The payment methods are specifically the following:

 

COD. COD 

You can pay for your order with the ELTA Courier employee upon receipt of the order. The cash on delivery method is valid for all of Greece.

              Cash on delivery has  a small cost (+2.50 €)

  • In case the total value of the order exceeds € 100, there is no possibility of sending cash on delivery.

  • There is a possibility to request a deposit in advance of the value of the order in case deemed necessary by the customer service department.

 

2. IN A BANK ACCOUNT 

If you have chosen to deposit in a bank account, then you will have to discount your order (and any agreed costs eg transfer) Then you will have to send us a copy of this deposit via e-mail to  conniedancewear@gmail.com .

 

When depositing with the Bank , do not forget to indicate:

  1. The order number (appears automatically when you place the order).

  2. Your name

 

After receiving a valid copy of the total amount, the order processing and confirmation process is followed and the relevant emails and / or messages are sent to the mobile phone that you have stated to us.

Please note that in case of sending the payment from another bank, check "ordering costs" and not "both or recipient" because the transfer ends up with us with a lower value and it is not possible to execute your order until it is fully paid.

 

  • In case of non-receipt of a copy within 7 calendar days or non-receipt of a valid deposit of the entire amount, your order will be canceled free of charge and the contract of sale will be considered as never drawn up. A relevant cancellation message will be sent to you at the email address and / or mobile phone number you provided.

  • In case of cancellation or modification of your order until the shipment of the product (s) the interest-free refund procedure will be followed, after contacting you with one of the above mentioned ways of communication (article 3 c above) in order to give us the bank account number to which you wish to make the deposit.

 

3. WITH CREDIT CARD

In the event that at the stage of confirming your order there is a problem with your pre-approval then the Company will contact you in order to consult with you on this issue. If any of the required ways of contacting you is not possible for any reason within 10 days from the sending of your order request, your request will be automatically canceled and you will have to send a request to us again. In this case you will be sent a relevant cancellation message of your order request to the email address you have stated to us. In case of successful pre-approval, the final charge of your card is made by sending the products to you.

  • In the event that at any point, even after any shipment to you of the product you have ordered, although the above pre-approval has been received, any inadvertence and / or due to technical or other problem and / or for any other reason and cause The final charge of your card has been made with the corresponding price and expenses, our Company has the right to make the final charge of the amount and expenses corresponding to your executed order at any later stage, at any time point.   • In case you choose to pay by credit card you must be present at the receipt of your order with your credit card and your ID. In case the order is made on the data and on behalf of a company then the credit card you use must be corporate. That is, to have been issued in the data of the respective company.
